The service
StillDeck is a free online Klondike solitaire game. The game runs in your browser; no download is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
Accounts
You may optionally create an account to sync stats and settings across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address associated with your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings panel; this removes all server-side data within 30 days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
- Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the service beyond normal gameplay.
- Interfere with the service’s operation or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding of StillDeck are owned by MN Media s.r.o. or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Availability and uptime
We strive to keep StillDeck available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
StillDeck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MN Media s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability to you shall not exceed EUR 50.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email if you have an account.
